The Waitaki in Cuisine Magazine

In late 2020 we were thrilled to host Kelli Brett, editor of New Zealand’s premium culinary and travel magazine, Cuisine, for a three-night stay while she explored the gastronomic delights of Oamaru and the Waitaki District. The resulting article–a full nine pages long–appears in the March/April 2021 issue of the magazine, on sale throughout New Zealand now! The article is also available online here.
