The Elizabeth Room is one of two rooms in the main Lodge building and was originally the bedroom for one of the family members. In keeping with the heritage of the house, the Elizabeth room is furnished with antique and period furniture, and a queen-size bed. The en-suite was originally the house’s sole bathroom, and still features the original large porcelain pedestal bath with Victorian brass fittings, and French doors leading into the private courtyard garden. As of December 2020, this room (like all our other rooms) enjoys year-round climate control, with air conditioning and radiant heat. The en-suite also enjoys a beautiful tile floor with underfloor heating.
