Pen-y-bryn is the ideal spot for a small to medium-sized wedding, and over the years, many happy couples have celebrated their unions in the lodge’s stunning surroundings. Since no two weddings are alike, there is no “one size fits all” package for your special day, so the best thing to do is to reach out to us so we can show you around and discuss your particular requirements. However, there are a few basics that are common to all weddings at Pen-y-bryn.

The venue hire for weddings at Pen-y-bryn varies slightly by season.

  • During our high season, from 1 October through 20 December, and from 5 January through 30 April, the hire fee is $4000
  • During our low season, from 1 May through 30 September, the hire fee is $3650.
  • During the Christmas/New Year’s season, from 21 December to 4 January, the venue hire is $4500.

The venue hire allows you exclusive use of the lodge and its grounds from 2:30pm until 10am the next day, and for up to two guests to stay overnight in each of our five guest rooms (ten guests total) with full breakfast. There is a supplement for any additional guests staying overnight up to the lodge’s maximum capacity of thirteen.

Catering, music, flowers, and other incidentals are all determined based on your particular needs and wants, all of which can be discussed during a site visit or by phone. We can also recommend a number of suppliers who can provide the following services:
