We are very pleased to have teamed up with a new fishing guide so that our guests can try their hands at fishing in the pristine waters of the Waitaki District and nearby Mackenzie Country. Anton Donaldson has over 30 years’ experience fishing in the area and knows many “secret” spots that few have ever fished before. Whether you’re interested in back-country fishing, heli-fishing or lowland streams, Anton can customise your trip to match your interests and skill level. Gear can also be hired in the event you don’t have your own rods and reels with you, and you can even hire wading gear.
