Flight Lessons

The North Otago Aero Club is based at the Oamaru Aerodrome just north of town. From there you can take the controls of a Cessna and try your hand at taking off, flying and then landing your plane. Or if you just want to see the views of Oamaru, Moeraki, and the other sights of the region from the air, they can arrange hour-long flights that will give you an unbeatable perspective on our town's landscape.
