Evening
Dining is a highlight, with guests seated together at one of three
large tables with a blazing log fire in the background.
The
blend of nationalities, ages and interests
ensures convivial dining. However,
honeymooning couples and other guests who prefer a more intimate
setting for their meals are welcome to request a private dining room. The
candlelit table adorned with fresh flowers, sparkling crystal, crisp
white linen and polished silver add to the overall luxurious
atmosphere. Having
lived and worked around the world, your hosts are pleased to offer an
unparalleled range of dining experiences, and can cater to any taste,
whether you prefer traditional New Zealand cuisine, using the finest
local ingredients, or prefer to try something more unusual, whether it
be authentic cuisine from East Asia, South America, North Africa or the
Middle East. Sample
menus.
